Conversations with 2 others monitoring the site indicated the site has been monitored for some years and that people from the surrounding houses have proactively looked after the health of the pond, as evidenced by the abundant bird life.; Size: 4 000 m�; Aquatic Veg: lots of reeds, algae, gasses and weeds; Bank Veg: grass, weeds; Overhead Canopy: none; Landscape: about 15 metres from bank, sheok canopy and bushy understory houses on north and south, cleared, grassy land to the west;
