Initially the second photo might seem to show a volva - which is present in Volvopluteus but a closer look makes me think the photo shows a broken stem. Furthermore, the ragged cap edge in the first photo is likely to be the remnant of a partial veil (which Volvopluteus lacks). Perhaps this is a species of Leucoagaricus.
